To participate in the game, you can join an already forming or formed faction, create your own faction, or become a Loner.
The lore includes descriptions of faction archetypes that you can use as a foundation for your team: you’re free to expand on them, adapt them, or interpret them in your own way. You may also propose a custom concept for an archetype – reach out to the Organisers regarding this beforehand. Players are expected to actively develop their characters and their faction’s concept on their own, fleshing it out with their own ideas and personal interpretations. For example, you may specify homelands, kind of activity before the Confluence, believes, traditions etc.
To help narrow down your choices, we’ve prepared a table of pre-written roles and faction archetypes that you can use as a starting point. This table will also show which roles/factions are already registered, and which ones are reserved (R) — you can only register for a reserved faction after coordinating with the players already involved.
A single faction (including regular players, factional guests from the Worlds, and useful players if any) can have up to 20 members. There are no more distinctions between Heroes and Army Units — the structure is now open, but each faction must assign one team coordinator (Leader). Each faction must choose a unified team color.
Important! Returning players have priority when registering their previous factions, but they must confirm this by registering within 30 days — otherwise, the reservation will be removed.
