It is mandatory to have a costume matching a declared role, in order to fully invigorate the character over the course of a game. The costumes may have varying construction starting as simple as a linen shirt, torn tricot and rusty chain mail to fancy mantels and knight’s plate armor. A lot depends on the participant’s own preferences and selected role, in addition to spending time and resources on the costume’s creation.
The participant is obligated to personally take care of the quality of personal items and weapons. The weapons used in the LARP game “Worlds of Three Truths: Act 3” should be either factory or hand made with a latex coating. It must adhere to the Weapons section of General Rules, as well as undergo a mandatory inspection procedure before being allowed to be used in game.
The organizers strive to create all the necessary safe and fair conditions for participants to immerse into the game’s fantasy atmosphere – that is why all of this cannot be simply brushed over.
There are six types of characters you can play depending on how exactly you want to be involved in the game.
Will you rise as a knight, a necromancer, or a survivor? Will you rule through strength, cunning, or ancient magic? Each of the three worlds has its own laws and ways of survival, which can also differ between its factions, so choose wisely who to trust. On the fields of Worlds of Three Truths there are no strictly kind or evil sides.
Joining a faction in a world you like is as easy as getting your friends together and registering the first Hero for the faction archetype you liked, or you can get in contact with the members of already existing factions and join this way. Solo travelers need to choose a homeworld and faction archetype too, but may opt for preparing for the game independently.
“The survival way of our commune – is the most effective one”

“A fate of the weak – is to feed the strong”
Let your imagination flow and create your character just the way you want them to be! You are free to choose your own name, write your own backstory, create an unforgettable costume, and the destiny of the character you made will unveil depending on your choices during the game.
Usually characters from the same faction would have a common theme for their appearance, however, if you imagine your character to be a mercenary or a traveler just joining for the time being, you might choose an independent direction for your costume.
Your character undoubtedly possesses exceptional talents that will develop even further during the game while you complete quests and level up. There are eight classes to choose from: Warrior, Scout, Cleric, Mage, Paladin, Warlock, Shaman and Nomad.
The class you choose will dictate your play style and choice of weapons. If you want to bring a shield, don’t forget to wear a helmet! Some of the classes have additional rules and requirements for your weapons or costume.
Worlds of Three Truths has several sets of rules that everyone should follow and be familiar with. Having them ensures a safe and fair game for everyone, as well as establishes all the game mechanics you are going to encounter like fighting and performing rituals.
If you have some kind of a question – it has probably been answered in one of the rulebooks we provide. However, if you don’t find an answer, you can always ask the game masters to clear things up.
